Delivered Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) engineering for the A400M military transport aircraft engine, including Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), maintainability optimization, and maintenance tooling standardization.
The project improved supportability, reduced maintenance complexity, and enhanced operational readiness while supporting efficient through-life sustainment of a critical aerospace propulsion system.
MBDA: In-Service Support for the ASTER Air Defence Missile System
Supported the In-Service Support (ISS) team responsible for sustaining the ASTER air defence missile system throughout its operational lifecycle.
Contributed to the coordination of maintenance and sustainment activities to support operational readiness and system availability,
while leading logistics data migration initiatives to improve support information management, data quality, and lifecycle sustainment processes.
MBDA: ILS Project management for the FDI Frigate Missile Launching System
Led key Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for the missile launching system of the FDI frigate program, including project management, sustainment strategy development, Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) creation, maintenance plan development, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and spare parts recommendations.
The project enhanced system supportability, optimized lifecycle maintenance, and contributed to the long-term operational readiness of a next-generation naval combat capability.
SOGITEC: ILS Engineering for Military Flight Simulators (Rafale, NH90)
Delivered Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) engineering for advanced military flight simulators, including the Rafale and NH90 platforms. Developed comprehensive support concepts, maintenance support strategies, training plans, support equipment definitions, spare parts provisioning, industrial stock strategies, and tooling requirements.
The project enhanced simulator availability, optimized lifecycle support, and ensured long-term operational readiness for mission-critical training systems.
THALES: In-Service Support (ISS) for French Air Forces Radars
Supported the In-Service Support (ISS) of the French Air and Space Force’s radars systems by developing sustainment and maintenance plans, delivering maintenance training, managing configuration control, updating technical documentation, and coordinating obsolescence management.
The project contributed to maintaining operational readiness, ensuring long-term supportability, and extending the service life of critical air surveillance capabilities.
THALES: ILS & Supportability Engineering for Civil and Defence ATM Systems
Delivered Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Supportability Engineering for civil and defence Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems.
Developed the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), Maintenance Support Plan (MSP), and Training Plan to establish a comprehensive sustainment framework, ensuring system availability, maintainability, and long-term operational performance throughout the lifecycle.
ARQUUS: Spare Parts Optimization Using the OPUS Suite
Developed analytical models for spare parts optimization.
Determined optimal inventory levels to achieve required operational performance and availability.

- Level of Repair Analysis (LORA),
- Creation of the Logistics Support Database.
ALSTOM Transport: Maintenance Engineering for Metro Line 1 Rolling Stock
Performed maintenance engineering and maintainability assessments for Metro Line 1 rolling stock, focusing on onboard electronic systems and passenger interior equipment.
The project contributed to improved maintenance efficiency, enhanced fleet reliability, and increased operational availability through optimized supportability and lifecycle maintenance strategies.
