About

Djibril Sarr is a Sustainment Strategist and Integrated Logistic Support expert with more than 20 years of international experience supporting complex programmes in the defence, aerospace, transportation, and industrial sectors.

As the Founder of Polymath Sustainment Engineering, he advises governments, armed forces, OEMs, and industrial organizations on sustainment strategy, Integrated Logistic Support, lifecycle management, maintenance optimization, and operational readiness. His expertise spans the entire asset lifecycle—from acquisition and support strategy to in-service optimization and capability development.

Djibril holds an MBA from NEOMA Business School, an MSc in Logistics of Complex Systems from CentraleSupélec, and an Engineering Degree in Robotics from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC). He combines engineering excellence with strategic insight to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.

Alongside his consulting work, he is a Professor and Executive Educator at NEOMA Business School and the Université de Technologie de Troyes (UTT), where he teaches leadership, operations management, and Integrated Logistic Support.

His mission is to help organizations maximize the availability, and lifecycle performance of their critical systems.
